"Statefarm (Specifcally Anthony Austin I worked with) was one of the easiest experiences I have had in terms of setting up policies. I initially called to get a life insurance quote, and decided to look into moving my car and camper insurance over as well. Not only did they provide me with better deals than what I currently have, but they were also very easy to get ahold of, willing to example (and even dumb down) everything I needed in order to understand everything, on top of providing me printed documents for my to file away and go through myself when needed since I like things printed more than virtual. Everything was handled and moved over with so much ease that I’m literally TRYING to convince others to move to StateFarm if they don’t have it already. It took me 1 phone call to get ahold of them and get all the answers I needed, whereas 24 (not exaggerating) phone calls, a few texts and 1 email trying to get ahold of my 2 insurance companies I’m trying to cancel with. I dealt with tons of the automated robot answering machines (one even hung up on me) and spent hours over the phone without any results. Even after finally reaching 1 of the companies to cancel my policy, I never got the paperwork they said they were emailing to me to sign…so now I have to call both companies again tomorrow. Do yourself a favor, save your time, patience AND MONEY and just switch to StateFarm. I felt robbed by the other companies after seeing what StateFarm could offer in comparison."
